This unit was about reported speech and conditionals. There are five different types of conditionals. Each of them is different to the others. I was shown forms of each of them and their usages. I learnt about different mistakes that stdents usually make while learning this topic and also saw different teaching ideas. I was shown examples of direct and reported speech. How tenses change in reported sentences. In the end i read about teaching ideas of reported speech.In this unit, the focus was on what a teacher should and should not do in a classroom. After watching both example videos of a teacher in Thailand, you are able to see that when a teacher is more engaging and positive toward the students, the students will in turn be more engaged in the lesson. In the second video, the teacher was helpful, positive, clear, understanding and made the lesson interesting for the students by giving them a chance to work with their peers.
