This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This unit opened my eyes to rules that I know and often take for granted, as a native English speaker. I'm sure when these units were covered in school they seemed easy because, as a native English speaker, you simply go based on what sounds correct. I could see this being very difficult to learn for non-native English students. While most native English speakers get the present tense correct in writing and in conversation, I'm sure the majority do not know the four aspects of each tense.superb unit. This units has really taught me how to use voice, gestures, how to make seating arrangements, how te can establish rapport with students.I have learnt many new things which were totally unknown to me before. The test was a bit lengthy but unit was interesting.I am looking forward to more such interesting units and lessons. The lesson has taught me the best seating arrangement to make students more comfortable.I have learnt how eye contact can be efficiently used inside the classroom.
