The first unit contained the list of professional and personal qualities that the good teacher should have, qualities of a good learner, the specifics that differinciate students and their abilty to study efficently in a certain way and diffirent types of roles that teacher can assume in the teaching process. Depending on the country you want to teach in, what is the age of the students, the nature of their motivation and other factors provided in this unit, teacher needs to adapt his teaching style accordingly, so it's very important to be aware of those factors and the roles you can assume. This unit helped me to refresh my memory about things that I already knew as well as pointed out some traits and specifics that I didn't pay much attention to in the past. This will no doubt allow me to be a better teacher and will help me in my teaching career.
