As usual, this unit added a lot to my knowledge and information about managing the class. Having been introduced to different types of students' grouping; class grouping as a whole, pair work and team work as well as individual work, I'm familiar with and fully aware of the pluses and minuses of each. Moreover, I acknowledged different class seating arrangements. I also learned about maintaining discipline in class and how to prevent behavior problems as well as establishing a rapport between the teacher and students. Last and not least, I learned about alternatives for not giving my back to the students while writing on the board.Thanks a million!
