This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

This unit taught me about different theories and methods for teaching, in particular ESA, which uses a combination of techniques from many previously formed methodologies. Notably, ESA emphasizes the importance of engaging the student in the lesson from the start, before proceeding with study or activation stages. This engagement conditions the students for learning absorption. Two other important lessons in this unit are first, the need for teachers to elicit answers from students, as opposed to the teacher telling the students the answers, and second the importance of proper feedback and error correction from the instructor in order to promote motivation for further learning instead of discouraging the student and the learning process
