60-hr TESOL TEFL course | without tutor
ITTT’s 60-hour introduction to TESOL course provides an excellent insight into the world of English language teaching. It is a particularly popular choice for anyone who is taking their first steps into the TESOL industry, as well as people who are considering working as a teaching volunteer. One of the many features that ensure the popularity of this course is its flexibility which allows you to work at whatever pace you feel comfortable with. Once you have successfully graduated from the course, you will also have access to our unique support services for the duration of your teaching career.
After you have completed the registration process for the 60-hour course, we will send you an email containing the personal log-in details that you will need to access your own restricted section of our online system. From this personal section you will be able to view the written materials for the course which can either be studied online or downloaded to your own computer.
Once you have fully studied the materials for each individual unit, your understanding of its contents will be assessed before you move on and study the following section. Upon successfully completing all the course units, you will be required to complete a final lesson planning task. The lesson plan will be submitted online for assessment by one of our course tutors. On successful completion of the final lesson planning task, you will graduate and receive your introduction to TESOL certificate.

TESOL Course Content
The materials for this course are mainly focused on the most important teaching skills that are required to teach an effective lesson in the classroom. Areas that are covered include teaching theories and methodologies, classroom management, lesson planning and how to test and evaluate your students’ progress. As this is a short format, entry level course it does not have time to cover language awareness and certain other important components that are included in our more comprehensive 120-hour course.
This course consists of 10 units, carefully chosen and organized to ensure a gradual build up of knowledge whilst not overloading students with too much information at any one time. This unit design allows you to work through the course at whatever pace suits your requirements.
