In my opinion, the material addressing classroom and seating arrangements was very interesting. I appreciated the explanations of how they can evoke a successful setting for the various options for grouping of students. I was not aware that so many factors must be contemplated when creating a seating arrangement. I was not aware that, for example, nationality and and student personality should be factors to be considered. I was also enlightened by the circle and horseshoe arrangements, and their effectiveness in promoting a closely knit student ambiance. Not only is the lesson and method that the teacher delivers it significant, but also the type of students making up the class and how they are optimally placed.
