This unit provides useful soft skills for teaching English, especially for the focus of teaching a new language to our students. Now, it is clear that the grammar of a language is the most important element to deliver to the student. At the meantime, the best teaching approach can lead the students to fully understand the grammar, vocabulary and functions of the new language. So the typical ESA lesson plans are some good examples for us to apply the best teaching approach of using ESA stage.This unit was helpful for several reasons. It taught me about all the different ways to teach a business English class and what materials I can use. The suggested websites and the discussion about games were particularly interesting. Also,there were some brand new concepts form me to learn about in this unit, such as the discussion about utterances, which I thought was interesting. I can see how this would be useful information for someone learning English, and it is simply an interesting topic.
