Unit twenty, teaches of the common problem situation teachers encounter while teaching the English language. Fortunately, there are solutions to these problems. In this unit, I have learned how to overcome these problems situations. Solutions or ways of dealing with these problems in the classroom, will depend on the kind of problem situation or level of the learners as seen in this unit and the previous units. This is because, different problems has different solutions or ways of dealing with them. A problem like a first lesson, where by teachers meet a number of new classes for the first time, will depend on the experience of the teacher. This is because, it is important for the teacher to establish rapport with the students the first day for, it will help to find out the students need and also find out the level of the individual class member, for, this will help set the tone for the rest of the course. Warmers, which are short, fun communicative activities, are also seen as a solution to motivate students. For example, fun activity like tongue twisters, can help to warm up students and put them in the mood for learning English. Problems like, different level learners, by whish, students are of varying level, classes, where by class control may be difficult, reluctant students, difficulties with listening texts and the use of native language, these kinds of problems will have their own solutions as I have learned in this unit and the previous ones. Let me take an example like reluctant students. In such a situation, I can use role-play because it can give self confidence to students when they are acting as somebody else.
