In this unit, I've been able to understand more of what needs to be done to help students engage better in learning the language, and what it takes to help them engage in learning. I've also learned many different ways to help myself in understanding the trouble students may have and how to help them.My reflection on this unit is on the use of the two types of materials. I have understood better the difference between authentic and non- authentic material as well as their advantages and disadvantages of each. The lesson also was more detailed and better elaborated than what was in the TEFL course.
