To ensure that all trainees get an overview of what is expected from a qualified English language teacher abroad, they will observe various classes by our teacher trainers. Not only will this help the trainees to gain an insight in the life of a teacher, but also prepare them for their own lessons and future career. After the trainees have observed several lessons, they will plan and present their own classes to local students in peru.
