Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Unit 15 explains the different types of evaluation and their purpose. For example a diagnostic is conducted to test student's level and placement test is to indicate which class the student should join. There are external examinations such as TOEFL and different tyoes of cambridge examination.This unit is an introductory level look at parts of speech and some general rules for each. Examples are provided for each part of speech along with a simple explanation and sometimes comparison o each. I learned how to more clearly distinguish, identify and articulate the the parts of speech.The choose of the lessons material are crucial in the lesson.the interest of the student is very conditioned by that. Therefore a teacher s duty will be find engaging materials as much as possible adherent to the student s interest and culture,and not just rely on a textbook in every lessons.
