This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
To express actions or states in future we can use different tenses depending on what kind of information and attitude we have. Thus, promises, threats, predictions w\\o evidence, facts in future can be expressed by means of Future Simple (here a teacher can use fortune telling, prediction of changes which may happen in future). To denote an action in progress at the certain time in future we need to use Future Continuous, whereas Future Perfect is used to denote an action finished by the certain time in the future.
Future Perfect Continuous is used to stress that the action will have been happening and will be in progress by the certain time in the future.
To express intension, predictions or plans based on present evidence we should use Be going + Inf.
With timetables, and formal plans Present Simple is used especially when the certain time is provided. When there is no certain time, but you have some definite arrangements Present Continuous should be used.
