Unit two focuses on the teaching and learning aspects of business English. Including the roles of the teacher and learners, how certain groups should be organized to maximize effectiveness, and learn the needs of the students. The audience of a business English class will be made up of adults, so there will be some aspects of the class that may differ from a normal class and will therefore need special consideration. Also taught in this lesson were the pros and cons between teaching groups and one-on-one classes. I learned different methods of teaching the four main language skills (reading, listening, speaking, writing) in a business English class and specific ideas to consider when teaching.
