This unit highlighted the fact that the present tense is a lot more complicated than it would seem to the native English speaker and it requires learning and practice to put into use. However, it also showed me that there is a formula to it all which, after having been learnt and mastered, makes sense and can be figured out, which in turn will become second nature after doing this process time and time again. As a native English speaker I actually found this a lot trickier than I expected but got the hang of it in the end, which I will pass onto any prospective students in the form of learning and encouragement.
