In this unit, I was shown two different videos on demonstrative lessons. I was able to compare the difference between the two videos and identify what was right or wrong. This helped with understanding what an effective and poor teacher can do throughout a lesson. I was obvious that in the first video, the teacher was not very interactive with his students and started off the lesson with something that the students didn't understand. It did not help that he was not engaged or helped the students when they did not understand. The second lesson was much more effective, it showed the change in mood towards the students and how they became more comfortable during the lesson. The teacher gave examples and helped them with new vocabulary. It was clear that the second video was an ideal demonstrative lesson.
