Managing a classroom is not an easy deal. This unit has taught me many strategies to form rapport in a classroom, to carry out an efficient and orderly lesson. The seating positions were very much interesting to me as I have never thought about it. Also board writing tips were very beneficial to me as well, in terms of being more efficient when I'm giving a lesson to a whole class of students.very insightful with regards to how one can manage a class and students just by seating, preperation, ice breakers and involving each student into the various activities. Teachers need to keep the students engaged and therefore make the correct classroom arrangements be that for strength and weakness of various students as well as the size and age of the class and how the class will be set up.
