This unit covered the various grammatical constructions that exist within English to express future events and actions. Since this unit addressed the future tense, the material that was covered shared a lot in common with the units that covered the past and present tenses. I did notice that the future tense is somewhat different in comparison to the past and present tenses. In future tense constructions, the verb's form is consistent with the present tense; whereas, the form of the verb changes between the present tense and the past tense. In order to build a future tense construction; the use of additional words such as \"will\" coupled with the proper application of aspect is required. This is slightly different than the past or present tenses.
