Based on the two videos the learning environment and willingness of the student to participate in the lessons and absorb the material depends a lot on the teacher type of attitude the teacher brings into the classroom. In the first video, the teacher was passionless as if he did not want to be in the classroom and acted in a way that hampered the students from even trying as they were scared of being reprimanded or embarrassed in front of the class. In contrast, the second video showed how much more willing the students are to answer and participate based on the energy the teacher brings into the classroom. The teacher made the environment safer to make mistakes and take risks, which prompted the students to answer and absorb the lesson.
