These grammar sections continue to be the more difficult units I face. However, I do see the value in learning and understanding the material. Without these units I would never be able to identify mistakes in grammar and be able to fix them for non-native speakers. I believe I am starting to get the \"hang\" of studying for these more difficult units as time progresses. For this unit the most helpful section was the \"commonly made mistakes section\". Looking at that sections helped me realize how easy it would be for a non-native speaker to get lost in all of the grammar points of the English language. That section is also going to be an asset when I start teaching to pull out specific portions of sentences and grammar that need work.
