The Teaching New Language unit taught me all of the structures that are needed when teaching students things for the first time. What is and is not necessary while bringing new subjects to them. The different ways to engage and help the students study the different parts of a language. How the meaning and use of words and grammar structure is very important to helping them understand better.As important as the receptive skill might be,my students hate reading a passage.Although i have tried severally to encourage them them to develop this skill.But with this course i believe i will adjust my style.First i will make sure to pre-teach the vocabulary to aid their understanding. I also think getting related video at the beginning of the lesson to motivate them can also help greatly
