This was an extensive unit that went into details for ESA and the different activities for each state. All of this involves a lot of planning ahead of time as you can run out of things to say or do, which you do not want. Many theories have influence the methods we use today for teaching. I feel that having some communicative activities with some presentation/price/production would benefit the classroom. That does not mean just those two. In the Engage stage, you want the students to talk as much as possible. Accuracy is not a focus here. In the Study state, you want to focus on the vocab and what that word means. The activate state includes you using what you learn in different situations through role playing or having debates.
