This unit covered evaluation and testing of students. I hadn't spent much time thinking of this before. What I've learnt is that instead of just taking over a class and teaching students, I should spend time finding out their individuals levels and what the average level of the class is. I can use a placement test or a diagnostic test in my first class to find the students' level out.This lesson went over the two main receptive sensing skills needed to learn english: reading and listening. In my opinion, I personally would add \"watching\" to this list because the students use their eyes when watching a video or when they are watching the instuctor mime something. This lesson also provided another example of an ESA model of a lesson plan which I find very helpful.
