This unit answered a lot of my questions about how you would begin to decide on what vocabulary to introduce to English students. I think that a lot of the information in this unit makes sense but I would not guess on my own. For instance, the factors that influence how easy or difficult vocabulary might be. These factors, when given, all make logical sense without much need for explanation. But, without them being given, I don't know if I would not have likely guessed them on my own. I also liked how this unit gave examples of types of ESA activities for each stage and how they would be approached. This helped me to refresh my memory from a previous unit and continue to apply the new information to these stages.
