This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This grammar unit explains three lessons, modals, phrasal verbs and passive voice. Modal verbs are but not limited to: can, could, may, might, should, must, had to, need to, have to, out to, be able to, would, and had better. Each one has particular usages and they range between ability, advice, suggestion, obligation, certainty, request and order. Moreover, passive voice is used to give importance to the object which receives the action rather than the subject that is the doer of the action. Ä°n addition, a phrasal verb is a verb plus one or two prepositions and is only used to replace another simple verb with which it has the same meaning for the sake of producing more natural, smooth and attractive language.
