This unit provided me with a good understanding of the importance of being flexible in working with students and developing class course outlines. By flexibility I mean being able to develop course plans that vary the role of the teacher from that of a controller to introduce more complex material to setting up a classroom discussion to let learners discuss subjects and ideas they are familiar with and just acting as a prompter to keep the learning process moving forward.
