In unit 5 I have learnt about classroom management that includes organizing and managing classes, establishing good rapport and maintaining discipline. I have learnt how to use physical presence, voice and students' names while teaching. Furthermore, the advantages and disadvantages of grouping students, teacher talking time and types of seating arrangements have been described. After that, the useful and practical advices have been given concerning to the writing on the board, giving individual attention and instructions or the teacher's position in the classroom. At the end of this unit I have learnt how to establish good rapport as well as how to maintain discipline, preventing and responding to problem behaviour of students.
