This Unit probably had the most information thus far with the most amount of material that will be difficult to pick up and to study/memorize in the future. As a native speaker, my accent/pronunciation is my most valued commodity but it is not enough to just expose students to my way of speaking. Things like mouth formation and tongue positioning need to be explained to students in order for them to learn to do it on their own. And in order for this to be done, the teacher must understand the different Articulation manners of the mouth and such. This chapter came with the inclusion of the Phonemic Symbols Chart, which I will need to become more familiar with.
