This unit is about how teachers manages classes? I clearly assure that good rapport with the students increases students performances in study. To make good rapport with students, teachers are well prepared , having good eyecontact ,good gestures , using students name in a hurry, grouping students and classroom management. Among them, recently i fellt clasroom management is very important. I am teaching young learers and the number of students is 22. It's big. In one week , i made separae tables and it was nog good and they had talked with neighbor students . and next week. I made orderly lows and they became good students and they didn't talk. I thought they are well organized. I assure managing class important.Thank you.
