Unit 3 covered the different types of learner levels, how level tests should be given before a 'needs analysis,' the structure and purpose of giving the students a 'needs analysis,' the variety of syllabus' and which ones to implement according to the goal of your employer, and the importance of teacher and student evaluations, and the possibility of having to prepare students for certain business examinations. I really found the material on teacher and student evaluations to be extremely interesting. During my college years, I filled out plenty of course evaluations, but never realized the impact and importance that they played until reading this unit.
