Unit 3: Classroom Management is an important lesson for me to learn because it helped me realize about the proper class organization skill and how to manage the class in a friendly, relaxed manner while maintaining discipline. I've personally realized that the teacher has an important role to provide space and a conducive learning environment to the students considering a number of issues; teacher and student relationship, which seating arrangement is suitable for the students in a class to be able to talk to each other, etc. Issues like TTT or teaching talking time plays an important role to either encourage or discourage the students to express themselves in class. I really appreciate Unit lesson no. 3. I want to become a teacher who inspires my students to learn and make a difference in their lives.Just like what William Arthur Ward says, “The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.â€
