It first looks at present simple affirmative, negative and question. The usage is in the routines, facts, everyday activities. Then it goes into present continuous which are actions in progress, actions in frequency, or something developing. Then there is the present perfect tense which is about finished actions. The present perfect continuous is I have live her 20 years, so the assumption is that you will continue to live there.
