This unit I learned to create a lesson plan to meet the needs of the students and myself as the teacher. A lesson plan can be detailed and easy to read. A teacher should plan well in advanced and follow the structure of the lesson. Unless, the students are responding well with an activate or engage stage and then you can be flexible. A good way to activate can be to create surveys and after conduct the surveys with other classmates to give each student an opportunity to ask and respond with others in the class.While watching these two videos, I focus on more how the teacher was interacted with the students. Teacher's attitude in the class and lesson design can definitely effect how students are learning. On the first video, throughout the whole time, I?hardly see any happy face expression from the teacher and students look confused. If I am a student in that class, I probably would do the same. While I walk in my classroom, I have always tried my best to make sure to let my students know that I care about them.
