This has been an interesting unit. Very often, I have wondered if, as a teacher of a foreign language, I would be required to teach writing skills, as I believe this to be important, however, really difficult for people living in Cambodia or Thailand (where I am planning to work), as their alphabet and way of writing is so fundamentally different to English. I still don't have a clue where I would start with that, but I have no doubt that I can do it when required.A lesson plan is an important working document for a teacher to refer during teaching process. It helps to create the teacher's confidence because he/she has been well-prepared for the lesson. Some importants parts should not miss in a lesson plan: learner's objectives, language focus, teaching aids, procedure including timing. These parts are important because it is the purpose of teaching ( learner's objectives) and ways to achieve them ( activties in procedure).
