From unit number one I learned the characteristics of a good teacher and also the many roles we can have. Also, the students roles and the different levels they might have.
For me the most important characteristics a teacher should have are to be a good role model for the students and be able to correct mistakes when needed. As a teacher you should be able to provide with motivation to every single student in your class. Also, we need to try to involve all the participates in every single activity performed during the class.
It is very important to now the role that you as a teacher are going to play during the lessons and when to switch form one to the other. As well to know with which kind of students you are dealing with (levels) and their motivation to study this language and the characteristics of each of them.
