In fact, it is a way to execute a proper and great lesson even without much experience. If the teacher doesn?t know what to do at some point, a quick glance at the plan is very helpful to be back on track (almost unnoticed). Usually, students feel if the teacher hasn?t planned his lesson and can take advantage of it. I had this unpleasant experience a few years ago as a student; the teacher lost his authority and the trust we had in him. As the result, the learning experience was bad for everybody.
