The unit discussed about the conditionals and the contrasts between direct and reported speech in the English grammar. Also known as the ?if clauses?, this part discussed the structures and usages of the five ?if? conditionals. Prior to enrolling in this program, I had only known about the first and second conditions; the lesson itself was indeed an enlightening one. This helped me also in widening my knowledge on how to be able to describe the result of something that might happen (in the present or future) or might have happened but didn't (in the past) which are made using different English verb tenses.
