This unit talked more about the management and running of a classroom, how to set up the seats, where to stand at different points of the lesson and how to build good rapport within the classroom. Very important as, you could have all the knowledge in the world, but without knowing how to convey it and manage a classroom, you could prove to be an ineffective teacher. This unit helped me understand the importance of how you conduct yourself in front of a class, and how to help maintain discipline, specifically, that with children and teenagers it's better to start of with more control, as its easier to relax the control later on than it is to increase it.
