This unit is about modals, phrasal verbs, and the passive voice. This unit begins with distinguishing between the active and passive voice. The examples given in this section are helpful. This unit also discusses relative clauses. These are broken into the independent clause, dependent clause and the relative clause. Phrasal verbs are also a part of this unit. These are made up of intransitive phrasal verbs and transitive phrasal verbs. Phrasal verbs are further broken down into transitive separable and transitive inseparable verbs. The charts in this unit are really helpful in understanding these verbs. This unit ends with relative clauses.
