This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:

In this unit, I learned the importance of establishing rapport with students. It is a good idea to start the class off with a warmer or icebreaker to motivate students. When teaching a class, some issues might arise such as students in the same class but at different levels, large classes, and student using native languages in class. In this course, I have learned a lot. I found that one of the most important lessons for me was on theories, methods, and technique. Being in a classroom for more than a decade, I?ve seen a lot, and different activities teachers tried to incorporate in lessons. But I found that theories, methods, and technique lesson extremely helpful because most people who want to go into teaching do not see the planning process and techniques that teachers use.
