This is how our TEFL graduates feel they have gained from their course, and how they plan to put into action what they learned:
This is the hardest unit so far. Pronounciation and phonetics is always hard when it comes to language, especially if we are to teach it in a classroom. The poem which was included pretty much explained the hardship learners of English can experience. I think it was good that the unit was thorough explaining all the details of how pronounciation, stress and intonation work.
I think it is important to point out what parts you use to pronounce certain words or letters, that way it is easier for the teacher to explain it to the students should they ask.
There were a lot of words that were specific for this unit that I haven't heard about before and I learned great many things.
