This unit talks about the grammatical rules in terms of tense system focusing on four present tense rules. It hints at instructing the students activating them to understand which rule should be used in a specific situation. I learned from this unit that the teacher should divide the rules and explain them one by one by giving appropriate examples for each part. Also, I learned that the example sentences should be made to enlarge the students? comprehension to use the grammar rules correctly. In my opinion, as long as grammar is one of the most important bases of the language, teachers, at the first place, should teach grammar orally and spontaneously without putting stress on the students because students are more ready to listen than to write or read and by listening they repeat the rules confidently using different examples of their own away from fear of committing mistakes. After that, the teacher can write the grammar rule and explain it in an amplified way.
