This unit was helpful in that it stated multiple methods of arranging the class and activities to promote a healthy and obedient class. It made me realize that even the smallest of actions can have a massive impact on the structure of the class, such as seating arrangements, and the amount of eye contact whilst writing on the board. I think that this unit has provided me with more of an understanding of some of the personality faults that I need to work on, such as being a bit too controling or correcting. I will make it my personal goal to work on myself to ensure that I am an admirable and effective teacher.
