In this unit, we look at the classroom managment, which is of vital importance to the effectiveness of students' learning and teacher's teaching. In order to maintain good classroom control, the teacher should use physical presences and the voice to assist his/her teaching and instructions. When asking students to do activities, the teacher should be aware of which ways of grouping students are best suitable for different tasks as each grouping plan (whether be it whole class grouping, students working on their own, pairs and groups.) has its pros and cons. Also, how students are seated and the teacher positioned are influential to the class management and ultimately to the overall learning.
