KET (Key English Test)

The Key English Test (KET), now known as A2 Key, is an English language exam provided by Cambridge Assessment English. It assesses basic language skills and is designed for learners at the A2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). The test evaluates reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities. KET is often taken by students who have completed an introductory English course and serves as a stepping stone to higher-level English exams. Passing KET demonstrates the ability to use English for simple, everyday interactions.
