TESOL Videos - English Grammar - Past Perfect - Usage - Online Teaching Course
This is what one of our TEFL graduates feels he has gained from the course, or a part of it, and how he plans to put into action what he has learned.
The teaching techniques will vary from calss to calss, you should never pre empt your students knowledge base until at first meeting and gaining knowledge of each individual first. Their are many different ways of engaging students, ensuring all students are actively participating withouf fear of feeling intimidated or lost. Remember stronger students can often help slower learners to gain in confidence with little support but not so much that they take over or belittle learning. Lesson plans can always be changed to suit the learners and sped up or slowed down accordingly.
