Below you can read feedback from an ITTT graduate regarding one section of their online TEFL certification course. Each of our online courses is broken down into concise units that focus on specific areas of English language teaching. This convenient, highly structured design means that you can quickly get to grips with each section before moving onto the next.

In unit 5, I have learned how to properly write and structure a lesson from the very beginning to the very end. I found it interesting to learn how to teach in the \"Present perfect simple\" way because I have never taught a daily talk class before, only phonics, basic word structure and reading. It was good to learn the many roles that a teacher plays in the classroom. Also, understanding the differences in motivation and behavior in the various learners and their ages was very useful. It is good to understand what motivates students and what inhibits the students from trying a language. The future tense is often used in daily life. However, I found it hard to explain the subtle difference between the forms of future tense, especially the difference in usage. Eventually, I have learnt how to deal with this problem from the unit, as part of the content sheds light on this subject.
