This unit was very helpful to separate teachers and learners. It showed me different ways to lead as being a teacher. Approaching learners in different ways to see how they will react to it is very important. The learner also needs to stay motivated and that does rely on the teacher.Everything in this unit is new to me, it was quite a road to go through. The questions in the test were quite tricky. The lesson plan is one of the important factors for me to understand because this is something new and important to me,it is kinda hard to do without any references. In this unit I learned about the importance of writing.
