Future tenses are in a myriad of ways more complex than past or present verbs, but this unit provides a straightforward presentation on how to instruct each type. Although the use of \"shall\" for future simple forms was a bit unnatural for me as an American English speaker, I look forward to presenting the material through fortune telling/ palm-reading exercises. One of the activity suggestions for future continuous- how to evade the date from hell with grammatically relevant excuses- was especially clever. Although I was a bit nervous about presenting the dual time applications for present simple and continuous forms, I feel confident that fun activities involving train schedules and diary entries can help prevent any subsequent confusion.
