This unit is very aptly titled \"troubleshooting\", for it talks about the most common problem situations that a teacher may encounter in the classroom (i.e. how to deal with a large class, how to motivate students who are reluctant to participate in class activities, how to teach first lessons, how to use 'warmers' to get students motivated at the beginning of a lesson, how to maximise the use of English in class, etc.) The section discussing how to deal with a large class is particularly enlightening to me. Although this unit is relatively short compared to previous units, I feel that the ideas presented in this unit will be very useful for me in the future, especially when I will have to face these problem situations myself.
